Cancellation policy

These instructions apply if you are a consumer, that is, an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (One Labs Bot Technologies Limited, Unit 2, 2 Bridge Street, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 F1W4, Ireland, telephone [[PLACEHOLDER: One Labs telephone number]], e-mail support@onebuddy.app) of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement such as an e-mail or a letter sent by post. You may use the attached cancellation form but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your cancellation of this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

What this means for oneBot

  • Plans. If you asked us to start your plan at once and cancel within the 14 days, you pay for the days up to your cancellation, and we refund the rest of the price.
  • Free trial. The trial is free. If you cancel before the first charge, you pay nothing. After the first charge you can still cancel within 14 days of that charge on the same terms as a plan.
  • AI credits. If you cancel a credit top-up within 14 days of buying it, we refund the credits you have not used.
  • After the 14 days. You can cancel your plan at any time to the end of the current billing month; see our Refund Policy.

Payment

The contracting party is One Labs Bot Technologies Limited. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. as our payment service provider; Foxx – Verein zur Förderung einer zukunftsorientierten Lebenskultur acts as seller of record for payments processed via Stripe. Stripe processes your payment data on our behalf. In the event of a valid cancellation, the refund will be issued via Stripe using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
