This page explains which cookies and similar technologies onebots.ai and app.onebots.ai use, why, and on which legal basis. We use Cookiebot to ask for and record your choice. Without your consent only necessary technologies run. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” at the foot of every page.

Necessary

These make the site work and provide services you ask for: the Cookiebot cookie that stores your choice, the security cookie that protects forms and requests, and the browser storage of our website chat, which keeps your conversation, and the name and e-mail address you type in, so that the chat continues from page to page. We delete the chat storage after 30 days. Necessary technologies need no consent (S.I. No. 336 of 2011, regulation 5).

Statistics

Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, with shortened IP addresses, and our own click statistics, which record which buttons are clicked on which page, without a cookie. They help us understand how the site is used. They run only with your consent.

Marketing

The Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, measures whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads to visits, sign-ups and subscriptions, and helps Meta show our advertising to people who may be interested. It may set the cookies _fbp and _fbc. With the same consent, our app reports a registration, the start of a checkout, the start of a trial and a subscription to Meta through the Meta Conversions API. Marketing technologies run only with your consent. For the collection of this data and its transmission to Meta, we and Meta are joint controllers; see section 9a of our Privacy Policy.

Legal basis

Statistics and marketing: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and regulation 5 of S.I. No. 336 of 2011). Necessary technologies: our legitimate interest in a secure and working site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
